We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional SEEG Medical Device Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling DIXI Medical’s Stereoelectroencephalography (SEEG) medical devices to hospitals, and physicians, and other healthcare providers. In addition to building strong relationships with key decision-makers, provide product demonstrations and training, you will provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing support for new and existing customers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of medical terminology and the regulatory environment. A proven track record in sales and a passion for improving patient outcomes are essential for success in this role.

Essentials Duties and Responsabilities

Seek new customers in assigned territory and achieve individual/company goals
Demonstrates the ability to provide and assure the carrying out of the established technical support procedures for using DIXI medical products
Provide technical in-servicing, education and demonstration in the use of DIXI medical products to appropriate customer departments as well as training new staff at DIXI medical
Provide technical support during patient cases, as needed, to hospitals using DIXI Medical products in the OR and/or EEG/EMU
Responsible for initiating and managing the process of creating and delivering customer quotations products or services
Responsible for writing up and managing customer product complaints
Self-motivated and able to make decisions about items in their scope while keeping upper management and others informed and supporting DIXI Medical’s mission and vision
Assist other DIXI Medical staff as needed
Attend local and national tradeshows and conferences as requested
Able to obtain necessary hospital vendor credentialing (includes required vaccinations – varying by hospital) – i.e. GHX/Vendormate, Secure/Reptrax, Symplr, Green Security, etc. within 45 days of job acceptance

Experience

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Neurosurgical/Neurology sales and/or support experience in the Medical Device/Equipment/Hospital environment desired
Comfortable observing medical procedures in the operating room
Strong organizational and communication skills; emphasizing interactions with the medical community. Ability to present and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees within DIXI medical
Capability to develop expertise in product application and practice management implications
Exceptional negotiating and diplomacy skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Safely operate a motor vehicle. Maintain a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and appropriate vehicle insurance coverage
