MICRODEEP® Micro-Macro is a multi-contact flex-rigid intracerebral electrode designed for the simultaneous recording of neuronal populations (Macro) and the activity of single or few neurons (Micro) within a single procedure. Used to bridge clinical and research applications, this electrode enables the study of neural activity across multiple scales.

The new MICRODEEP® Micro-Macro electrode combines the unmatched performance of MICRODEEP® with 8 microwires, engineered for precise single-unit and multi-unit neuronal recordings. Available with 8 or 12 macro contacts and equipped with two tetrodes positioned at either the proximal or distal end, this latest version offers exceptional versatility to meet both clinical and research needs.
