Can you share a pivotal moment in your career that shaped your approach to sales leadership?
A pivotal moment in my career that shaped my leadership style was figuring out how to be authentically me. Early on in management, I would bounce ideas off a mentor and found myself relaying it back to my team in his style. Once I converted the conversation into my style and it became a reflection of me, my team bought into the ideas more readily because they could tell it was from me.
